Everyday most of us keep getting resumes of friends, Friend’s relatives, Friend of Friend etc. To whom would you forward that resume? To decide that you need to know the qualification and other details about the candidate. If that is not mentioned in the mail we need to open the resume file, read it then decide where to send the resume. Thus we will postpone the job of opening and reading it, as we will have more important jobs.
Thus it is necessary for the sender to include some basic details like qualification, years of experience, field of expertise so that it becomes easy for the receiver to forward the same. It might often happen that we would not have gone through all the resumes we have got from friends, and some other friends might be having a requirement and we would not be knowing that somebody in our network had requested for the same.
Thus I just wrote this post so that who ever reads this, when ever you forward resume of any person for that matter, in order to help them out please include basic details.
If that is mentioned whenever we come across matching requirement we can get back to them. We can also know who is the right person to whom we should send that particular resume.
Its not enough these days if one mentions he is an engineer in Computer Science, we cant blindly send it to the HR of any software company, we need to know what is the specialization of this person, what is the requirement at the company etc. Thus it would be better to mention Mr/ Ms X with computer science degree and having exposure to Java xyz, is looking for openings in so and so fields…
Hey.. its good that Indiblogger came with this contest.. whats your demand??
Everyday, everybody on this earth feels.. this should have been like this, if only I had something like that, why cant they invent something like this.. isn’t it?
My demands as on now are…

My daughter never allows me to use the laptop, if I take desktop, she wants to use that, so I just need a system where in I can save the same work simultaneously at both the machines, so that irrespective of how many times we change systems, I wont lose the work.
Recently we baught this printer, scanner and copier from hp.. how I wish if it could scan all my Engineering and MBA Xerox materials and save it in folder, without expecting me to keep everysheet in the scanner and scan!
My daughter does not want to see other person’s face while doing video chat, she want to see her image in full screen, sometimes she tries to put her image at various places but it fits in at only four corners, how I wish she could place it where ever she wants..

My daughter Anagha is studying at Bachpan School, Nizampet in Hyderabad. When the Director of the school told me that we are planning to take Anagha along with other kids to wish the Governor on Raksha Bandhan day, I was little confused. Whether to send her or not. She is not even 3 years old. First of all the journey, it will take minimum 3 hours to and fro, and then she is too moody at times. To add to this she did not even have her breakfast on that day, and we were not supposed to given any lunch box to them. Her stomach was also upset the day before. But one thing I was sure of was she feels happier to be with her teachers and school friends than stay back at home.
So I just made up my mind, kept on telling her that the teacher will take them on a round in School Bus. They have to tie Rakhi to the Governor, they will take them to their house etc etc.. But I did not tell her there will be too much of crowd, too many photographers, too many mics etc!
We needed to be there at the school by 9.45am. We were there at that time; other parents whose kids got the privilege to go for this momentous occasion were also there. Anagha happily sat in the first seat, to my surprise the boy sitting next to her was also a Kannadiga. So I found one more Kannada speaking Parents here. But that makes no difference to Anagha much, as she has already picked most of the Telugu vocabulary!
The bus started and we came back home. I was anxiously waiting for her to return. She came back cool as she comes from school every day!! When I asked her where she went, she said, the teachers took them for a ride in school bus! That was what I had told her…
That was not all, my husband told me that ‘they will air this news in all Telugu news channels’ and it will come from 1 to 2pm… But for our disappointment there was no power. The only neighbor who has an Inverter fixed in their home was out of station. I just called my mother in Mysore and told keep watching Telugu news channels they might get a glimpse of Anagha’s visit to Governor. They called back and said that they don’t have any Telugu channel at all…
Then the power came after 2’o clock or so, we just kept one Telugu news channel ON. Other one in PIP mode… Suddenly my husband started shouting Bindu come come… Anagha is in TV… by the time I came there was different clip coming… He said, he too did not see properly as he came to call me… He went to office and was busy taking care of Anagha. While Anagha was playing with friends I could see the same clip again, Anagha in the arms of Mrs. Governor Vimala Narasimhan.. Wow I was so happy..
Then I got a call from the Anagha’s School Director Sravanti Madam that if it is possible I should record the news clip, whenever they show Bachpan School kids, so that we can show to other parents.
I did not have any hopes as Anagha never allows me to concentrate on one work and do that. This required lot of effort as I had to continuously keep watching more news channels, and also as I do not know Telugu much, I can’t make out immediately which news item will follow now. I tried to record whatever was coming in TV with Handy cam just to check the quality of video, it was horrible. Then I tried the TVU player in my laptop. Good I could record it, but the channels I needed were not coming.
Anagha slept at 6pm or so, I was so hungry, but I did not want to leave the Laptop screen, I hoped at least in 9 clock news they will definitely show, but 9 to 9.30pm news, it did not come. Just then my sister called and told me that she saw Anagha in ETV Telugu news. I said good, and I told her that I was watching inews in Laptop and they did not show it now, before I could complete my speech, there was a different person presenting the news and I could see kids around Governor, I just kept the phone and took my Handy cam and recorded. I don’t know when Anagha’s school kids came there, finally I could capture 15 seconds of Anagha’s school Kids and Teachers around Governor ESL Narasimhan. I was happy that at least I could record that much, but at the same time felt, If had not moved away from laptop, may be I could have covered more!!
I still tried till 11-12 in the night if they will telecast the same news, but they did not. I was just thinking, there are so many news they keep showing again and again, but here when we are waiting for one, they don’t show that. The other news I could see again and again that day were actress Vijayashanti Tieing Rakhi to KCR, Prakash Rai ( known as Prakash Raj in Andhra) Tie the wedding knots!
So we slept late… My husband bought some parcel for me as I did not cook anything. That was not all, we had to get up early morning to buy the Newspapers!.. He went and bought all available newspapers next morning. We got Anagha’s photo published in Saakshi, and Anagha’s Teachers in another daily!
Anagha sitting next to Principal Geeta
Anagha is totally unaware of all this celebration of ours! Then again we got calls from other parents and teachers, did you see this paper, did you see that paper, I could not get it, please show me if you get etc etc..
I scanned the newspaper clip and shared with friends and relatives. My mom asked me to laminate the newspaper cutting and preserve it. I shared the video I recorded with School Director and other parents. We could get more photos from School Director, I could see Anagha in Mrs. Governor’s arms most of the time.
We felt so proud, so happy that Anagha went all the way to Rajbhavan met Governor and came home. All the credit should go to the Director Sravanti who made this event Successful. Right from taking the appointment to bringing back the children safely, she must have had put so much of effort. We find it difficult to manage one kid at home and its all the more difficult when we take them outside, and they managed with ease 15 kids!.. That’s why we say

This is one of my all time favorite poems. I just thought of putting it down in my blog.
The Solitary Reaper by William wordsworth
BEHOLD her, single in the field,
Yon solitary Highland Lass!
Reaping and singing by herself;
Stop here, or gently pass!
Alone she cuts and binds the grain,
And sings a melancholy strain;
O listen! for the Vale profound
Is overflowing with the sound.
No Nightingale did ever chaunt
More welcome notes to weary bands
Of travellers in some shady haunt,
Among Arabian sands:
A voice so thrilling ne’er was heard
In spring-time from the Cuckoo-bird,
Breaking the silence of the seas
Among the farthest Hebrides.
Will no one tell me what she sings?—
Perhaps the plaintive numbers flow
For old, unhappy, far-off things,
And battles long ago:
Or is it some more humble lay,
Familiar matter of to-day?
Some natural sorrow, loss, or pain,
That has been, and may be again?
Whate’er the theme, the Maiden sang
As if her song could have no ending;
I saw her singing at her work,
And o’er the sickle bending;—
I listen’d, motionless and still;
And, as I mounted up the hill,
The music in my heart I bore,
Long after it was heard no more.
After 5 point someone and one night at call centre..this is another good one by Chetan Bhagat.
I enjoyed the first half. Its really amazing to see the daily routines turning to an interesting novel. The second half is good by the way he puts the feelings and emotions of elders. But later on it becomes more cinematic. Well All I would say is dont read reviews before reading the novel 🙂
I would vote for 2 States. Read it, come back lets discuss then.
As you know I am in Hyderabad now. And we went to one New Restaurant near our place yesterday. Its name is Vista, located in Nizampet.
We ordered for kulcha, veg do pyaasa, aloo paraatha and baby corn chilly. we told curry should be less spicy as we have little one with us. everything was good except the sabsi.. it was too hot and spicy.. We ate that with great difficulty ordering extra curd. But by AP standard I believe it was less spicy may be!!
So today I just thought of making ‘veg do pyaasa’ with whatever was available at home. It came out very well.
Here the Recipe goes
Ingredients
Tomatoes – 2
Onion – 4
Cashew nut – 10
Sesame seeds – 3 Table spoon
Grated Coconut – 3 Table spoon
Ginger Paste – 1/2 spoon
Red chilly powder – 1 spoon
salt to taste – 2 spoon
Refined Oil – 4 Table spoon
Jeera – 1 spoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 spoon
Asafoetida – 5mg
cardamom seeds – 4-5 (1 whole cardamom)
French beans chopped to 1cm each – 2 cups
Potato sliced – 1 cup
carrot sliced – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 spoon
coriander leaved – 1 spoon
cloves and cinnamon powder – 1/2 spoon ( alternately use 4 cloves and 1 cm cinnamon)
finely chopped garlic – 4-5 cloves ( optional)
Green chilly – 1
Cut the Tomatoes to big pieces and boil the same in 2 cups of water.
Take out the boiled tomatoes to a plate let it cool
In the same water, cook vegetables ie beans, carrot, and Potato.
Take a pan and put one spoon ghee, once its warm roast the Asafoetida and take out. If you are using finely powdered Asafoetida then need not roast it.
In the same pan roast the garlic, then half of the onion and take out.
First you grind coconut, sesame seeds, cashewnuts, asafoetida, red chilly powder, cinnamon and clove without adding water. Once its powdered then you can add water. Take it out. Grind tomatoes, green chilly and garlic. Grind the roasted onions.
Now take a kadai, pout 4 table spoon of oil, once oil is hot add Cumin seeds, cardamom seeds, turmeric powder, remaining onions and fry. then add vegetables draining off the water. the water should be kept and used for taking out the left paste in mixer jars. This is to ensure that no flavor is lost and to avoid adding lot of water which will dilute the taste.
after adding vegetables add ground onions, then tomoto garlic paste then the ground masala. Add salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Finally add lemon juice and Coriander leaves to garnish.

It has been long since I went to any Auditorium or Theater to watch a movie, as my daughter would definitely dont let us idle at some place for more than 5 minutes forget 2 hours..
I just asked my husband, if there is any good movie in our collection, which I have not seen, he said, ya, you can watch Arundati.. Telugu.. I asked does it have subtitles, he said NO.. then I said, oh No then..
Then he said you can see A Wednesday.. as my daughter was sleeping I just watched it with headphone. well its too good. Characters are so Active, No songs.. Needless to comment on Anupam Kher, Nasiruddeen Shah ..they are at their best as always..and others are good too.
I dont want to tell more, If you are looking for some good Direction, Story which only wise people can write and understand.. this is the movie for you :-))
