You have all heard of e-scooters. My friend had a e-scooter called MOFA when we were in high school. You did not need license to ride that. But down point was its speed. And you cannot peddle it like cycle to make it go fast or for the purpose of exercising. Now we have e-bicycles which give the joy of riding bicycles and comfort of e-scooters.
